COBALT advised Change Ventures on investment in Eurora

COBALT advised early-stage investment fund Change Ventures on investment into Estonian start-up Eurora. Change Ventures led the $ 3 million round and was joined by top Baltic angels including the founders of eCommerce platform Printify and KatanaMRP. Eurora´s early investors also include industry insiders like Roger Crook and Taavi Kotka.

Eurora´s industry-leading platform modernizes and automates bureaucratic processes for cross-border eCommerce transactions. It offers eCommerce platforms automatic tax and duty calculations, declarations and fiscal representation for all EU member states.
