Carlson Wagonlit Travel, the global leader specializing in business travel management, on 7 February 2011 has announced the acquisition of Kaleva Travel, Finland’s largest travel agency with subsidiaries in all three Baltic countries.

COBALT, acting for Carlson Wagonlit Travel in cooperation with Roschier Helsinki office, performed legal due diligence of Kaleva Travel subsidiaries in the Baltics.
