COBALT advised BPM Capital on financing the investment of Tahe Outdoors.

BPM Capital is an independent investment company that provides mezzanine financing in the Baltic region and Poland.

Tahe Outdoors, established in 1989, is one of the biggest kayak, canoe and paddling equipment manufacturers in Europe. Today, Tahe Outdoors operates 7 brands of watersport equipment and has 3 factories.

Our work comprised drafting the financing documents and advising the client in negotiating the transaction. The client was advised by partner Peeter Kutman, senior associates Kristjan Kotkas and Karl Kull, and specialist counsel Jesse Kivisaari.
