COBALT advised BaltCap Growth Fund on acquiring a stake in an Estonian-based Weekend shoe store.

Weekend shoe store is a store founded in 2007, which has grown from one store to the leading multi-channel footwear and clothing business in the Baltics. The company owns 13 stores in Estonia and Latvia and a growing web channel in the Baltics.

COBALT represented the client´s interests in negotiations, conducted legal due diligence, and advised the client on all other issues related to the transaction.
