COBALT advised and successfully represented leading supplier of textile solutions Protex Balti AS against Amigtex OÜ

COBALT advised and successfully represented Protex Balti AS, a leading supplier of textile solutions, in a dispute with the seller of the software programme Optitex in Harju County Court and Tallinn District Court.

As a result of the work carried out by senior associate Viive Kaur, both court instances concluded that Protex Balti AS had the right to withdraw from the software programme sale and licence agreement entered into with Amigtex, and to recover from Amigtex the amounts that had already been paid under the agreement, as the purchased software programme did not comply with the conditions promised by the seller.
