COBALT advised Amadeus IT Group on acquiring shares from Estonian Air

Estonia’s national carrier Estonia Air sold its stake in AS Amadeus Estonia (60% share), which provides Estonian travel agencies with booking systems and support, to Amadeus IT Group. The rest of the shares of Amadeus Estonia belong to Finnish ticket booking company Amadeus Finland OY (35%). By this transaction Amadeus IT Group increases its share in Amadeus Estonia from 5% to 65%.
