COBALT advised Alexela Oil on the acquisition of 220 Energia

COBALT advised its long-term client Alexela Oil on the acquisition of 220 Energia, an Estonian private capital based electricity sales company.

Alexela Oil was established in 1993 and the majority of its shares are owned by Alexela Group. Alexela is an Estonian capital based company that operates in the areas of energy, property development and metal industry.

Our work comprised assisting the client in drafting and negotiating the transaction documents. The client was advised by specialist counsel Ott Aava and partner Peeter Kutman.
