COBALT advised AKA Investment OÜ on acquiring AS Wris

COBALT advised Estonian company AKA Investment OÜ on acquiring 95.5% of the shares of AS Wris from Holostovi Kinnisvarahalduse OÜ. The value of the deal is confidential.

Wris is one of Estonia’s oldest travel agencies, that was established in 1991. The company has offices in Tallinn, Kuressaare and Jõhvi.
