COBALT advised ABB on sale of its office and warehouse buildings in Riga

COBALT advised Latvian subsidiary of a leading global technology company ABB on sale of its office and warehouse buildings in Riga to Lucidus subsidiary company Exintec.

The transaction involved the sale of office premises of 1,800 m² and warehouse building of 700 m² on a land plot of ca. 17,000 m².

Legal assistance to ABB was provided by COBALT Real Estate team, including Managing Partner Dace Silava-Tomsoneand Associate Juta Meimere.

The seller was represented by Colliers Industrial and Logistics Agency team.
