Citi Ventures makes a strategic investment in Modular Technologies OÜ (TUUM)

Citi Ventures made a strategic investment in Modular Technologies OÜ (TUUM), following recent Series B financing round in TUUM.

TUUM, founded in 2019 Estonia, is a next-generation core banking platform. It underpins the aims of both regulated banks and other businesses in meeting customer needs and aspirations by enabling the rapid rollout of new financial services.

Citi Ventures, a venture capital arm of US-headquartered Citigroup, is a venture capital fund that partners and invests in startups that have the potential to change the financial services industry.

Our work comprised of advising Modular Technologies OÜ (TUUM) throughout the entire transaction. The client was advised by Managing Associate Ott Aava and Senior Associate Kerli Paasoja.
