Advice to AS Latvenergo on Riga Hydro-Power Station reconstruction project

Legal advice to AS Latvenergo in connection with implementation of the Riga Hydro-Power Station reconstruction project involving replacement of 6 Soviet-time turbines. The project contractor: GE Hydro France (previously – Alstom Hydro France).

Our representation involved advice on public procurement matters, construction contract negotiations, and assistance with on-going implementation matters.
