ACP Credit provides EUR 10 million in financing to the Eleving Group for further expansion of the group’s business in Romania

ACP Credit, a leading corporate lender in Central Europe, has provided EUR 10 million in financing to Eleving Group, a Latvian-based non-bank lender. The financing is purposed for the expansion of Eleving Group’s business in Romania.

The financing transaction was carried out with Mogo Romania, a subsidiary of Eleving Group.

Eleving Group currently operates in 16 global markets and on three continents, offering financial services in the mobility and consumer segments.

COBALT provided advice to ACP Credit on the Latvian law aspects of the transaction, in collaboration with the client’s lead legal counsel, Wolf Theiss. COBALT team included Specialist Counsel Andrejs Lielkalns and Senior Associate Inga Tenisa.
