15min successfully places a EUR 16 million bond issue

15min group has successfully placed a EUR 16 million bond issue, attracting a record number of investors in the Baltic States. The first of its size among media companies in the region, the bond issue attracted 713 investors from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, which demonstrates a high level of trust in the local media.

Due to oversubscribed demand, the placement amount was increased to EUR 16 million, with greatest focus on retail investors. The attracted financing will enable 15min to refinance the acquisition of M-1 Group and further develop its digital media services.
