Mary-Liis Mustonen is an Assistant Lawyer at COBALT. She assists associates in their everyday work. She mainly specialises in the fields of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.
Mary-Liis is currently obtaining a master’s degree from University of Tartu’s Law Faculty. Before joining COBALT, Mary-Liis gained practical experience with our M&A practice as well as in another law firm.
