Egon Talur is a Partner at COBALT Estonia heading our Tax and IP-IT teams. As a legal professional with over two decades of experience, he has a lot of knowledge and a dynamic approach to a range of legal matters, including corporate taxation, tax litigation, Intellectual Property (IP), Information Technology (IT), Data Protection related matters, and more.
Egon has successfully guided our clients through an array of tax matters, from facilitating M&A transactions to orchestrating strategic restructuring and reorganization of corporate and business structures. Day-to-day tax concerns are his specialty.
For over 20 years Egon has strengthened his skillset to represent clients in tax audit proceedings and tax litigation, resulting in high expertise in crafting effective tax dispute strategies. This has proven invaluable in delivering favorable outcomes for our clients.
Egon has led several data protection audits and compliance projects for our clients in addition to managing several data protection disputes and proceedings with Data Protection Inspectorate. Egon is also experienced in IP asset structuring and related contract drafting.
