Ken Saksniit is a Junior Associate with COBALT, who assists associates in their everyday work. He mainly specialises in the fields of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.
Ken holds a master´s degree from the University of Tartu School of Law. Before joining COBALT, he practised in the Prosecutor´s Office and in another law firm, where he was assisting mainly in the fields of contract and corporate law. In addition to his studies, Ken was responsible for the European Law Students´ Association (ELSA) Estonia´s marketing activities in 2018/2019.
