Ken Saksniit is a Junior Associate with COBALT, who assists associates in their everyday work. He mainly specialises in the fields of mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.
Ken holds a master´s degree from the University of Tartu School of Law. Before joining COBALT, he practised in the Prosecutor´s Office and in another law firm, where he was assisting mainly in the fields of contract and corporate law. In addition to his studies, Ken was a member of The European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) Estonia in 2018/2019.
