Giedrė Burdulytė is a Senior Associate and Attorney-at-Law in the Banking and Finance Practice Group. She has over 10 years of legal experience, specializing in banking, finance, capital markets and project financing. Giedrė holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University, specializing in EU and international law.
Throughout her legal career, Giedrė Burdulytė has advised clients on the acquisition of regulated financial market participants, international financing and security transactions, as well as the implementation of various other capital and financial market projects.
