Jolanta Raudonytė is a Senior Associate practising in the Employment Law Practice Group. Prior to joining the COBALT team, Jolanta worked for a professional partnership of lawyers on advising clients on n various day-to-day employment matters, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, migration, relocation, and public procurement law matters. She also worked in the public sector gaining valuable experience in regulatory and in compliance-based projects. Jolanta participated in the preparation and coordination of draft laws and legal acts in various areas of law, providing expert comments and suggestions on the proposed legal regulation.
