Arnolds is a part of the firm’s Tax and Dispute Resolution practice groups, specializing in tax disputes with the State Revenue Service and related administrative court proceedings. He provides support across a wide spectrum of daily tax matters, including tax risk management and compliance assistance related to corporate income tax, personal income tax, social taxes, VAT, customs duties and excise taxes.
He also provides significant support in all aspects of administrative court proceedings, assisting attorneys with case preparation and legal strategy development. He also brings valuable expertise to the preparation of due diligence reports on M&A transactions.
