Santa is responsible for KYC and sanction matters at COBALT. Her core duty is to investigate potential clients and help reduce company’s risks. Santa designs and updates internal policies, as well as ensures continual monitoring and review of compliance procedures to help identify possible areas where improvements could be made. Santa also train employees on requirements that must be met and ensures that regulations are being followed.
