Marina Naumovich is a senior associate at COBALT Belarus. Has been practicing since 2011. Prior to joining the COBALT team, Marina worked as an advocate and as an anti-crisis manager.

Marina specializes in banking & finance, investments corporate law, intellectual property, restructuring and bankruptcy, dispute resolution.

Marina advises Belarusian and foreign companies on taxation, corporate financing, and foreign trade activity. Marina has extensive experience in supporting transactions in the field of intellectual property in accordance with Belarusian and foreign law, drafting license agreements, assignment agreements, including those related to attracting foreign investments, export / import of intellectual property.
