About

Lembit Tedder, a Managing Associate, co-heads the White Collar practice group at COBALT Estonia.

Lembit specializes in protecting and representing businesses in connection with white collar crime. He has expertise in criminal law, criminal proceedings and misdemeanour proceedings. White collar crimes are often related to civil disputes, and Lembit has extensive experience in advising clients in bankruptcy proceedings.

In criminal matters, Lembit has represented and advised clients both as victims and as suspects, with extensive experience in issues involving money laundering, embezzlement, breach of trust, unauthorized use of trade secrets, and cartel cases, as well as in related internal investigations.

In civil matters, Lembit has focused on complex business disputes and is able to see a variety of alternative solutions to achieving desired client goals based on diverse and long-term practice.
