Karina-Anette Kiristaja, an Assistant Lawyer with COBALT Estonia, supports associates in their everyday work. She specialises mainly in mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Karina-Anette has a bachelor's degree at the University of Tartu, Faculty of Law. Before joining COBALT, she practiced in another well-known law firm.

Besides her studies, Karina-Anette was a director of academic activities in ELSA Estonia. In addition, she contributed to university life by being a tutor to first-year students and to the activities of the faculty of law as a teaching assistant.
