About

Inga is an experienced banking and finance specialist with over 20 years of experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions. She provides legal support in complex financing transactions, as well as in restructuring and refinancing processes. Inga has in-depth knowledge of both Latvian and internationally regulated types of collateral, including aircraft mortgages, ship mortgages, and the Uniform Rules for Demand Guarantees (URDG 758).

As of 2025, Inga serves on the Board of the Norwegian Chamber of Commerce in Latvia.
