Diāna represents clients of our M&A and Corporate law practice groups and provides legal assistance both in everyday situations and in company acquisitions and mergers. She has accumulated considerable experience in commercial law and real estate matters during her practice at several law firms in Latvia in addition to offering her services as an independently practicing sworn advocate.
