Mari-Ann Simovart discusses the effects of changes in the EU and national public procurement law in a University of Tartu lecture series.
On October the 13th, COBALT Senior Associate and University of Tartu docent Mari-Ann Simovart, dr iur is giving a lecture titled: „Changes of the public procurement law - a revolution or a redaction?“
Organized jointly by University of Tartu and Tallinn City Enterprize Department, the Economic Academy (Majandusakadeemia) lecture series introduces the latest entrepreneurship related research and developments. The Economic Academy features well-known speakers, incl. Siim Kallas, the former Vice President of the European Commission, today the visiting professor of Tartu University and Tallinn University of Technology and Special Adviser to Valdis Dombrovskis, European Commission Vice President for the Euro and Social Dialogue.
