On 18 May 2021 Latvian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (LVCA) elected a new board and COBALT partner and Head of M&A Guntars Zīle was appointed as one of the board’s legal advisors.
LVCA newly elected board includes Edgars Pīgoznis, Glucksburg Investment Partner, Jānis Skutelis, FlyCap Partner, Kristīne Bērziņa, Livonia Partners Founding Partner, Mārtiņš Bičevskis, Commercialization Reactor Fund Limited Partner, Rūdolfs Krese, ZGI Capital Investment Director, Sandijs Āboliņš-Ābols, BaltCap Partner and Harijs Švarcs, SG Capital Partner.
As the chairwomen of the board for the second time was elected Kristīne Bērziņa.
