COBALT Recycles 1.17 Tons of Paper

In an all-hands office clean–up on November 30, the Riga office of COBALT collected, shredded and recycled 1.17 tons of paper: old forms, magazines, newspapers, brochures, cardboard boxes and other paper items. All paperwork was shredded on site by the certified mobile service Šrēdereja SIA.

Recycling reduces consumption of natural resources, helping to preserve the Earth and protect natural habitats for the future.

The recycling and re-processing of each ton of paper saves 17 trees over 20 years of age. Recycling of one ton of paper saves approximately two tons of wood and reduces consumption of energy and water used in the paper production process.
