COBALT advised Eesti Post on the acquisition of Unipakas

Eesti Post, the state-owned provider of universal postal services and express mail services, acquired Unipakas UAB, one of the leading parcel delivery companies in Lithuania, with operations also in Latvia. With a Baltic-wide network of postal and logistics companies, Eesti Post is aiming to become the preferred e-commerce partner in the Baltics.

COBALT work included the due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, negotiations and closing of the transaction. The team was led by Dr Juozas Rimas, Senior Associate.
