The event will overview recent corporate acquisitions in the Baltics and explore the outlook for the deals market. At the event will also discuss new developments and trends, such as a growing number of financial investors, realised private equity investments, a higher level of deal activity across the various sectors, and acquisitions in the energy sector.
A representative from Porta Finance will speak about the expanding geography of foreign investments and other trends in the Baltic deals market, and the most lively sectors.
The panel discussion will cover such topics as recent acquisitions, market trends, the impact of global forces on the deals market, what the future holds for the market and how the coronavirus will affect our economy. We will discuss issues of concern for different types of investors (financial, strategic) in the region’s deals market.
