Deimantė Ivanauskaitė

Deimante has a wide range of responsibilities from the management of international activities to local integration of all three offices. For more than 6 years, she has been providing support to the pan-Baltic management bodies of COBALT, coordinating travel arrangements and events worldwide, managing international relations, and keeping track of and helping develop business both internationally and locally.
She also organises and leads various internal initiatives that strengthen and unite our pan-Baltic team. Deimante is a keen supporter and manager of projects on wellbeing, sports, and other topics.
Deimante has received her Bachelor’s degree in English Philology from Vilnius University and gained many years of administrative experience working in the service sector before joining COBALT.
