COBALT advised 3VC on its investment in start-up Pactum

COBALT advised venture capital group 3VC on its investment in AI-powered negotiation platform Pactum. The $ 20 million investment round was led by 3VC.

With the investment, Pactum plans to expand its business in the United States and Europe, improve its capabilities in logistics as well as supplier contract terms and prices of retail products negotiations. NordicNinja VC, Maersk Growth, Atomico, Project A and Metaplanet and Taavet Sten also participated in the investment round.

3VC is a European venture capital group that invests in European technology start-ups with global ambitions.
