COBALT advised Bidcorp on acquiring a majority stake in Fruit Xpress OÜ.

Fruit Xpress OÜ is the leading fresh produce distributor in Estonia. Today, the company has grown to become a preferred supplier of fresh food to leading restaurants, hotels and catering companies in Estonia. The CEO of Fruit Xpress Marko Ööman stated that partnership with Bidcorp opens a new chapter in company’s development and helps to bring new opportunities to their customers.

Bidcorp is an international foodservice operator listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in South Africa. The company operates in more than 30 countries and on five continents.
