COBALT advised the division of KMG OÜ

COBALT Law Firm advised the division of KMG OÜ. As a result, KMG OÜ transferred the entire general contracting unit of civil engineering facilities, related assets, and references to KMG Infra OÜ.

Previously, KMG Inseneriehituse AS (deleted from the Business Register) has fully merged with KMG OÜ. This division involved transferring the general contracting unit of civil engineering facilities and related assets of KMG Inseneriehituse AS to KMG Infra OÜ. Therefore, KMG Infra OÜ is the legal successor of KMG Inseneriehituse AS. Company started to work under the new business name at the beginning of 2023.

Our work included advising the client throughout the entire transaction, including consulting the client in public procurement (relating to legal succession, transitions of the procurement contract and change of the bidder’s identity during the procurement procedure).
