Baltic M&A Outlook 2025

Date: 2025 - 03 - 06

Time: 09:00 - 12:00

Location: Grand Hotel Vilnius Curio Collection by Hilton, Universiteto 14, Vilnius

We invite you to the conference “Baltic M&A Outlook 2025” at 9 a.m. on 6 March!

As the spring season begins, we gather once again to explore the latest developments shaping the M&A landscape in 2025.

The past year has seen a resurgence in the global M&A market, with deal activity rebounding strongly. In the Baltics, momentum has continued to build, with investors increasingly active across diverse sectors. Key growth areas include technology, healthcare, renewable energy, and financial services, as companies position themselves for long-term resilience in a volatile global environment.

Notably, the last quarter of 2024 was exceptionally active, with firms managing multiple buy-side mandates targeting the same assets and executing a series of transactions. This surge in activity resulted from processes that had been deferred for two years due to geopolitical tensions and elevated interest rates. The momentum is expected to carry over into 2025 and persist throughout the year.

This year’s conference will bring together leading experts and top executives from the M&A ecosystem to discuss the key drivers of the deal market in 2025. Among the confirmed topics:

  • Sector spotlight: Insights into the most active and promising industries, including the rise of private equity-backed consolidation in the healthcare and energy, manufacturing sectors.
  • Cross-border M&A trends: How international investment and partnerships are shaping the future of the Baltic market.
  • Panel discussion – Investor’s perspective: a closer look at fund exits, investor confidence, and the market outlook.
  • Panel discussion – CEE Perspective: M&A Trends, Opportunities, and Lithuania’s Place in the Deal Flow.

We are excited to host representatives from leading players in the M&A space, with speakers from Alsendo, Abris, Porta, Superia, Hawk Infinity and other distinguished companies.

Join us to gain valuable insights, hear expert opinions, and engage in thought-provoking discussions with peers from across the region and beyond.

Mark your calendar for 6 March – we look forward to seeing you there!
