Change Ventures invests in Certific, co-leading a €700,000 funding round

COBALT advised venture capital fund Change Ventures on its investment in Certific, an Estonia-based doctor-patient communication and clinical data capture platform.

This new financing round allows Certific to expand to new markets and continue growing in Estonia. The funding round was co-led by Change Ventures, Firstpick and Heartfelt VC, positioning the company for accelerated growth and expansion.

Certific is a doctor-patient communication and clinical data capture platform servicing more than 115 clinics, over 900 clinicians and 300 000 patients since its launch in January 2023. They successfully pivoted from a remote medical testing business model to patient relationship management.

Change Ventures is one of the largest venture capital funds in the Baltics specializing in early-stage investments. Change Ventures started investing in the Baltic states in 2017, establishing the first truly pan-Baltic seed/pre-seed fund. Since then, they have backed over 33 startups.
