C.D Holding Internationale acquires a majority stake in Stebby OÜ

French multinational company C.D Holding Internationale acquired a 76.5% stake in Stebby OÜ, the largest health & wellness platform in the Baltics. As part of the transaction, the previous majority owner of Stebby, Livonia Partners, has exited, and the management will continue with a new partner.

C.D Holding Internationale is a cooperative group connecting individuals, companies, and territories by developing management, relationships, and transaction platforms. C.D Holding Internationale belongs to Up Group, a leader in payment solutions and services having social and local impact that empowers businesses and communities. Up group operates in more than 23 countries. The transaction allows the Up group to establish a wider foothold in Europe and the Baltic countries and to grow the direction of sports and leisure activities.

Stebby is the largest wellness marketplace in the Baltics with over 180,000 users. The company was founded in 2012 and expanded to Latvia and Lithuania in 2020.
