BPM Capital finances the Estonian paint manufacturer Eskaro AS

BPM Mezzanine Fund II provided financing to the Estonian paint manufacturer Eskaro AS to create a stable long-term capital base for the company.

Eskaro is a leading manufacturer of water-based paints operating in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. BPM financing enables Eskaro to strengthen its capital structure and create growth opportunities in its areas of operation. BPM provides independent mezzanine financing for small and medium-sized companies in the Baltic States and Poland. For BPM, this was the second transaction from BPM Mezzanine Fund II.
