Helmes AS acquires a majority stake in Trinidad Wiseman OÜ

Estonia’s leading software development company Helmes signed an agreement to acquire a 75% stake in service design and digital transformation company Trinidad Wiseman (TWN). The purpose of the transaction is to strengthen the companies’ competitiveness in international markets and expand their range of services.

Helmes is an international software company, and a digital innovation and software partner to medium-sized companies, global enterprises, and international governmental organizations. Trinidad Wiseman is a software development company. TWN will continue to operate as an independent company with the same management and structure.
