Vitalija Uzialaitė
About
Vitalija is a Senior Associate in the Environment, Transport and Regulatory Practice Group. Vitalija specialises in the fields of sustainability, environmental, social responsibility and governance (ESG). She holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. She also holds a qualification as an Economist (Accounting, Finance, Banking) from Vilnius University.
Before joining COBALT Lithuania, she worked in a large state-owned enterprise group where she was responsible for transformation projects, organizational restructuring, implementation of good governance practices, efficient and sustainable asset management, compliance and regulatory compliance, and participated in the strategy development and implementation together with the management team.
Vitalija has a keen interest in sustainability requirements and shares her knowledge (presentation at the Efficient Public Asset Management Conference 2023 – “ESG regulation: challenges for the future and how to prepare properly”).
