The sole owner of Avalanche Laboratory OÜ sold the company to Insuro Technologies

The sole owner of the software company Avalanche Laboratory OÜ sold the company to the Swedish IT company Insuro Technologies.

Rain Kirjanen, the sole owner of Avalanche, stated that he had thought long and hard about involving an investor, as it is very difficult to break into the European or North American market without a supporting force. At first, they considered partnering or liaison, but during negotiations with Insuro, both parties came to the realization that a full acquisition of Avalanche seemed like the most reasonable plan going forward.
