Alexela acquired an additional 50% stake in Rohe Solution OY from Haminan Energia Oy

Alexela acquired the remaining 50% stake in its Finnish subsidiary Rohe Solution OY, previously owned by Haminan Energia OY.

Rohe Solutions OY is a subsidiary of Alexela in Finland, which sells natural gas and liquefied natural gas (LNG), and related services. Alexela AS is an Estonian company that operates mainly in the field of energy.
