Venture capital firm Highland Europe invested in PVcase

COBALT represented the venture capital firm Highland Europe in their investment in PVcase together with Elephant and Energize. PVcase, a solar energy software startup, has attracted $100m funding in a Series B round.

Founded in 2018, PVcase helps companies design, evaluate and optimize commercial and utility solar assets. PVcase enables its customers to deliver market-leading projects faster than their competitors by replacing complex engineering processes with a simple and intuitive interface.

COBALT advised the client on structuring, prepared transaction documents, represented Highland Europe in negotiations, performed legal due diligence, and advised on all other legal issues related to the transaction.
