COBALT advised ATEA Baltic UAB, a part of ATEA – the leading Nordic and Baltic supplier of IT infrastructure, with approximately 6,000 employees and a geographical presence in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in an acquisition from Net Group OÜ of a 100% holding in NG Infra OÜ, a spinoff of Net Group’s IT infrastructure business.

The COBALT team was involved in conducting due diligence of the target, preparing and negotiating the transaction documents and preparing the merger clearance filing in Estonia.
