COBALT advised Practica Venture Capital KŪB on its investment in the electrical engineering company UAB Gaudrė

COBALT advised “Practica Venture Capital” KŪB, a venture capital fund, in connection with its investment in a leading Lithuanian electrical engineering company UAB Gaudrė. This is the first investment by the fund established in the second half of 2012.

Practica Venture Capital KŪB acquired minority interest in the newly issued shares of UAB Gaudrė for EUR 0.61 million. The investment amount will be used for financing of UAB Gaudrė development projects in Lithuania and beyond.

UAB Gaudrė is a leading electrical engineering entity in Lithuania. The company offers state-of-the-art integrated, efficient and energy saving solutions and related lighting services. Its areas of activity also include the installation of KNX and DALI control systems, electrical wiring, and electric heating systems.

COBALT advice included legal due diligence, drafting of legal documents, assistance in negotiations and consultations on various acquisition related matters. The deal was led by the firm’s Senior Associate Eva Suduiko.
