COBALT advised Sports Direct International on purchase transaction

COBALT advised UK’s leading sports retailer by revenue and operating profit, and the owner of a significant number of world famous sport, fashion and lifestyle brands – in acquisition of 60 per cent of the largest sporting goods retailer in the Baltics – Sportland International Group.
