COBALT advised Practica Capital on its investment in UAB Dragdis

COBALT provided legal advice to Practica Capital, a group of venture capital companies, in connection with its investment in UAB Dragdis.

Venture capital fund “Practica Seed Capital” KŪB, which forms part of the Practica Capital group, invested in the start-up company UAB Dragdis, which has developed a bookmark tool designed to help manage web content. The fund’s investment will be used to finance the company’s development and improve its current products.

The focus of “Practica Seed Capital” KŪB activities is to provide early-stage financing for businesses in Lithuania or for local companies seeking to expand abroad.

The work of COBALT lawyers included drafting of transaction documents, assistance during negotiations and advice on other transaction related matters. The team was led by COBALT Senior Associate Eva Suduiko.
