COBALT advised Estonian renewable energy firm Nelja Energia AS on issuance of the green bonds

COBALT advised Nelja Energia AS in regard to the issue of green bonds in the total nominal value of EUR 50 million for renewable energy projects in the area of wind energy and biomass in Latvia and Lithuania.

COBALT acted as the Latvian counsel within the assignment, performing legal due diligence of companies engaged in producing renewable energy and advising on energy related issues in relation to issuance of green bonds.
