COBALT represents Tavex, the largest investment gold dealer in Northern Europe

COBALT is representing Tavex in a VAT tax dispute with the State Revenue Service. In this particular matter state officials have challenged a number of transactions where Tavex bought a significant amount of gold from other companies established in Latvia. The State Revenue Service considers the number of transactions to be fictitious.
